These Terms of Use are the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Era Draft: Football Legends app. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms add to it but do not limit your rights under it.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Era Draft on your devices for non-commercial entertainment.
2. Game content
- Era Draft is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any club, league or player. Names are used for identification only. Player avatars are fictional illustrations.
- Player ratings and simulated results are editorial estimates and random game outcomes, not facts or statements about any real person.
- Squad data is based on Wikipedia articles by Wikipedia contributors, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
3. Coins and boosters
Coins are an in-game virtual currency, earned by playing or bought in packs. Coins have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or prizes, can’t be transferred and can only be used in Era Draft. Coins are stored on your device and are lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. Boosters: Re-spin, Scout and Swap.
4. Random spins and odds
Every spin (including Re-spins paid with coins or a reward video) picks a club-season at random. Every eligible club-season has an equal chance; eligible means it has a player for one of your open positions and hasn’t come up yet in that draft. The odds are also shown in the app (Odds). The Daily Challenge allows no re-spins or boosters.
5. Purchases
Coin packs and Remove Ads are one-time purchases charged to your Google Play or App Store account. Prices are shown in the store in your currency. Refunds follow the store’s policy and applicable law. Remove Ads can be restored from Settings; coins can’t. There are no subscriptions at this time.
6. Ads
Free play includes ads from third parties. We are not responsible for their content.
7. No gambling
Era Draft has no real-money betting and no real prizes. Nothing in the game has monetary value.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer or modify the app, or use bots or exploits.
9. Availability
The game works offline; ads, purchases and restoring purchases need a connection. We may change or discontinue features, squads and ratings.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Era Draft is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gamma LLC is registered. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.
